Terms & Conditions:

  1. These rates are only available if reserved from the hotel web site.
  2. The rate does not include 10% lodging tax.
  3. No other promotions or discounts may be combined with this rate
  4. Reservation must be guaranteed using a credit card - VISA, MasterCard or Discover.
  5. The guest will be billed at the time of check-in
  6. A reservation confirmation will be sent to the email address of the customer at the time of reservation.
  7. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide correct email address.
  8. No show without cancellation will be automatically billed for one day room rent.
  9. Reservation may be cancelled without charges no later than 48 Hours before check-in at 6:00 PM.
  10. All cancellation must be done online using the email address and password emailed with confirmation.
  11. In the event of any problems with online system, it is the responsibility of the customer to call the Hotel Manager Derek Wall at (540) 745 6080 and explain the situation and also send an email for canceling the reservation as further evidence. Otherwise the credit card will be billed as no-show.
  12. The customer has read and agrees with all terms and conditions.
  13. Hotel Floyd is not responsible for neglegent acts that happen on the property.  Items in the rooms and on the property must be in the same condition as when you the guest arrive.  If private property is damaged or stolen there will be a charge that is under the descretion of the hotel management.
